PAUL WATT | Researcher assistant

Paul Watt is a marine biologist with a degree from the Universidad Católica del Norte, who worked on sandy beaches for his undergraduate thesis and has now extended his interest to the rocky intertidal.

Currently, he supports research involving laboratory and field experiments at the MUSELS Millennium Nucleus and the monitoring of the environmental conditions in the Tongoy Bay  such as ocean temperature, pH, alkalinity and other variables for shell mineralogy in the Coquimbo Region.

In addition, his work includes providing support to the activities that other principal investigators can coordinate in the region, as well as collaborating in the dissemination activities of the center in the area.
